Our system is halted in bios step sometime by XIO2001. Any recommend? Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I measured the refclkp/n p-p value is 1.57V. Is device damaged? because the value beyond the spec.. Any path to confirm .Thank you.

The system halting is disappeared , I just changed PCIe MAX speed in BOIS from auto to Gen 1. But I don't get the root cause.Could you give me any explanation? Thank you.
