My product is TBOX, and I use TJA1043 as below. I want to change it to TCAN1043, but I have a trouble with it:
When main controller is stand by,3.3V and 5V(STB、EN、VCC、VIO) will turn off. and 3.3V and 5V(STB、EN、VCC、VIO) also will turn on when main controller wake-up. So, after changing to TCAN1043, How to wake up it in this circuit?
Hi Martin,
With the configuration you have (with EN and nSTB tied to 3.3-V), the device should start up into normal mode shortly after power is restored.
When Vcc and Vio are turned off, the device will go into Under-Voltage mode. When power is restored to these pins, the device will enter sleep mode briefly before (because EN = H and nSTB = H) switching to Normal mode.
What trouble are you experiencing when trying to power up the device? Is it going into another mode or staying in sleep mode?
