XIO2001: xio2001 missing in high temp.

Dear sir,

we have encountered a xio2001 bridge missing in 40~50C temp and the issue can be duplicated in power cycling testing(code reboot). the fail rate is about 80%. if the bridge is missing, there is no way to get recover even warm reboot . please help us to review schematic and give any suggestion. Hi MinHsien,

The root cause for this issue was that the PLL supply was being shared with other 1.5V supplies and the supply noise was affecting performance. A 150uF and 10uF capacitor in parallel on this supply solved the issue. However, the PLL supply needs to be isolated from the other power supplies and ensured to be clean.
