Hi  TI ,

    we are design a  Deserializersystem ,could you  please review the DS90UB954  schematic ?we are  transferring  OV4689  using  DS90UB954 with  POC

    We have PCB guidelines in the DS90UB954 datasheet that you can refer to. If you have some specific questions after your review that are not confidential in nature to your schematics you can ask them here.

  • regarding the EVM design, please refer to TI's UB954 EVM design. In this public forum, in future the sch. is NOT recommended here. for your case, basically please note:
    1. power supplies design: FB is recommended to isolate different power rail, please refer to EVM's refer design;
    2. High speed diff. signal in R-/R+ pin: please check it is matching your design request? the unused pin channel can be floating. and the PoC circuit design follows up the EVM's refer? details on PoC design, please refer to 954 d/s or the link www.ti.com/fpd-link
    3. control signal: please set it in the correct mode based on your system design, such as BIST, PASS, GPIO, VDD_SEL, IDS, Mode_sel etc., the unused GPIO pins can be floating directly.
    4. for CMLout pins, please refer to EVM's design, which can be used for debug in future.
