TS3USB221: Switching to one usb only

how can I switch to only one usb in my case when i am pulling USB_S pin (high) it is switching to both usb's but i need only one usb to be active. also I removed R21 and R22.

I know but it is not switching to 2nd channel even if i am pulling s pin
