I use DP83822IF in 100M-FX mode，and I know signal detection should be enabled, but according to my experiment, it is opposite logic, if I adjust bootstrap in mode 4 (we are using RMII Mode) ,the link cannot established, when I set it to mode 1,the link status is ok.
