Hi,


I am experiencing problems with drivers for TI 3410 under windows 10
Are there different versions for TI 3410?

If so, could it come from a difference of versions in this component?

    Hi Alain,
    I'm not sure I understand your question. All the silicon for TUSB3410 is the same. However, different FW may be loaded via EEPROM. If no EEPROM is used, the driver will load the FW via USB. Did you try the latest driver on the product page? I tested it with Win10 recently and it worked.

    I try again to install latest drivers but i don't obtenite succes
    In device manager, My device rest in other peripherical branch
    Could you explain me which sequence you do for install drivers on windows 10?

    Hi Alain,

    There is no special sequence required.  You only need to run the installer and then the TUSB3410 will appear is a COM port.  Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing in device manager?
