Hi,

I have TPS65982 EVK. and in that, I have an issue.

I want to know..whenI configured to 12V,20V or any other profile, will it take load current or it only takes voltage?

Hi Devansh,

I am not sure what are you asking but from my guess I think you want to know if you need to set only voltages or do you need to set current as well.

The answer to this is you need to specify both the voltage and current together for any PDO.

Do correct me if my interpretation is wrong.

suppose I have configured the EVK to 12V, will it take any current or not?

(When I have done this, it was not taking any current)

Hi Devansh,

No the EVM will not consume any current as it has nothing to consume the current. EVM just makes the contract but doesn't load the supply.
