XIO2001: XIO2001 PRST have a glitch

Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

We use XIO2001 and find PRST have a glitch when system power off.

The waveform is as below.

Our end customer use PRST directly connect to BJT and only have a pull low 1k resistor from XIO2001 PRST output.

Now this glitch will occur BJT false action.

Could you help check the PRST glitch is the same problem as attached mail.

Have any idea to eliminate PRST glitch.

Could you post a schematic of your application? What do you mean by "BJT false action"?

Hi Sirs,

The XIO2001 schematic is

The application block diagram is as below.

PRST output is from XIO2001 and no any pull high to 3.3V.

The CNX1 is a board to board connector.

BJT false action is as below.

Shu-Cheng,

The PRST glitch was seen to diminishes as the 3.3 V rail ramped down all the way to 0V with the 1.5 V rail. I suggest bringing the 3.3 V to 0 V with 1.5 V ramp as close as possible or even before the 1.5 V. If further explanation is needed please let me know.
