Are the LVDS inputs failsafe (do the inputs default to a fixed value when open)?

If not, what failsafe circuit is recommended for this part?

DS15BR400 does not have an integrated fail-safe circuit. This has to be done externally.

Please refer to the E2E case below for some potential recommended fail-safe circuit. Bottom line is that we should provide logic one or zero in a case open or short.
