HI,

To be able to troubleshoot this issue I will need more details regarding the application in question.

Can you provide a block diagram and/or functional description of your retimer system test setup?
Can you provide the retimer channel register values for registers 0x27, 0x28, 0x71 thru 0x75, and 0x8F for the DUT channel in question?
