Hi Sir,

Our customer used TPS65982, But GRL test Fail, wer are see the TI have "USB Power Delivery - Compliance Tests" to depiction Ellisys,

Could you please share the GRL application note for me? we need check fail item with how to modify TPS65982 register?

This document only show the Getting Started -GRL "This section will be updated in a future revision."

Do you have new version "USB Power Delivery - Compliance Tests" appliation note?

Hi Hugo,

The same theory applies to GRL as to Ellisys. Please ensure that your Vendor Info File (VIF) is matching your configuration settings on TPS65982. If this is mismatched, you will see failures.

Hi Eric,

Our customer modify the VIF file also fail on Ellisys report as attached file,

How can we improve this issue? or What Data do you need? we can work with customer.

Hi Hugo,

When reviewing your report, it looks like your VIF is not matching your configuration file. If these two are not matching, the Ellisys will test things that are disabled in your configuration and result in the failures you are seeing. Please ensure your VIF and configuration are matched.
