Hello,
The FPD-Link includes its own internal encoding mechanism so the data stream should appear encoded even if there are no transitions.

The customer is asking us the way of DC-balance coding mechanism.

Is the following yellow circle contributed to guaranty of DC-balance ?

I appreciate if you could explain the mechanism as far as possible.

This is correct. If the inputs are all zero, internally device scrambles , and adds clk transitions (CLK1, CL0, and DCA DCB bits...essentially highlighted by you in yellow
