DP83867IS: 1000Base-T Compliance Test

Part Number: DP83867IS

Hello,

My customer failed following 1000Base-T Compliance Test.

- Difference A,B Peak Output Voltage
- Transmitter Distortion

They are referring to SNLA239A.
There is no place that seems to be particularly wrong connection of their circuit.

So I have a question.
Is there anything that can be considered as a cause of the above Test result?

The contents that I am checking with customers right now are as follows.
I feel that there may be a cause for the differential output pattern.

- Is the wiring from DP83867 to RJ45 equal length?
- Is the cable length to the measuring instrument the same?
- Is the turn ratio of the transformer (HX5008NL) deviated from 1: 1?

Best Regards,
