DS90UB953-Q1: is it need Ground plane avoid in coupling caps of RX/TX while PCB layout?

Dear Sir,

I had seen it needs ground avoid in the pads of coupling caps of TX signals of USB3.0 PCB layout guidance, the ground plane will decrease the differential impedance .

in UB953 layout guidance, it seems no focus on this, is it helpful if this ground plane cut is designed for UB953 and UB954?
