Is there anything special about "!" in "I2C_EN! = 0"? What's difference with I2C_EN = 0?

I2C_EN != 0 means TUSB1046A is in I2C mode, controlled through the register. I2C_EN = 0 means TUSB1046 is in GPIO mode, controlled through pins.

Some pins are dual function depending on the state of I2C_EN pin. For example, CAD_SNK/DCI_DAT is CAD_SNK function when in GPIO mode, and DCI_DAT function when in I2C mode.
