The customer has set VDDIO 3.3V as the picture shows.

And I have checked the 948 GPIO0 is LVCMOS as following:

But the output of GPIO0 is 1.8V not 3.3V(947 VDDIO is 1.8V and 948 VDDIO is 3.3V). Does any other configuration ?

If the signal input from 947 GPIO which is 1.8V VDDIO, and then transfer though the cable to 948, can it output 3.3V signal (because the 948 VDDIO is 3.3V)?

You need to look at register 0x60 bit 7 on the 948. if the bit is set to 0 the 948 will be outputting 1.8V, if the bit is 1 it will output 3.3V. Please change the register if it is the wrong value.
