TINA/Spice/TLK2711-SP: High speed IBIS model for 64 pin required

We do have encrypted hspice models for the TLK2711-SP.
If these will be of value, I can email them to you with instructions.

However, you not TLK2711-A 64 pin. I am not sure what you mean by this? Are you looking for information on the -SP device in the 64pin HFG ceramic package? Or the commercial RCP package.

We do not have IBIS-AMI models for the TLK2711-SP. There are standard IBIS models in the product folder.

I am looking for TLK2711 RCP (S-PQFP-G64) package. I've attached datasheet for the same. Page number 21 has mechanical data.

The TLK2711A is no longer available, and should not be used for a new design. There may be limited to no product available from distributors.
The only version available is the space grade version in ceramic.

If IBIS model is available online / other ways can you please share it. We do have older ICs available and need to design using older part only.

As mentioned, there is a IBIS (not AMI) model in the TLK2711-SP tools and software folder.

It has the parasitics of the ceramic package, but should be representative.

Thank you very much for continuous support.

Assigning model directly to Footprint in Cadstar 18 shows error for incompatibility.

It would be great if you can share IBIS of the TLK2711A as it's older part so you may have it's model file.

If that model is available it would be easier to check for Signal Integrity.
