TCAN1043-Q1: EN port internal Pull-down resistance value

This pin has an input current ranging from 0.5 uA to 10 uA when a high-level voltage is applied (see the "IIH" specification). So, the pull-up resistance should be small enough that the voltage at the pin remains above 0.7 * VIO when the pin is sinking the maximum current. This means that resistances as high as 100 kOhm could work, although smaller values like 10 kOhm or 4.7 kOhm would be more typical and provide better margin.
