It seems there is no sequence between each power supply. What sequence do you think to make this issue?

Hello Brian-san,
By the way, we see dependency which 1.1V power supply rise time if issue occurs or not. We would like to know if TUSB1310A has restriction for 1.1V power supply turn on time.
If restriction is existing, what spec is it?
