DS90UB954-Q1: Ultra Low Power Mode Operation

Part Number: DS90UB954-Q1

Please explain the process to put the 954 CSI-2 transmitter into Ultra Low Power State or "Sleep Mode" (SLM)?  Based on Annex D of CSI-2 specification version 1.3, there are 3 states: (1) SLM Command Phase, (2) SLM Entry Phase and (3) SLM Exit Phase.

For the 954 is the SLM Command Phase executed by writing 0x#1 to bits<3:2> in memory register 0x33 CSI_CTL?

For the 954 SLM Entry Phase, does the 954 send the ULPS Command shown in Figure 152 of the CSI-2 specification?

For the 954, is the SLM Exit Phase initiated by writing 0x00 to bits <3:2> in memory register 0x33 CSI_CTL?
