We dont know why but when we start any program / app / Website that use the webcam, in a few seconds the webcam freeze the image.

the webcam is installled as a: USB CAMERA. With the standard windows 10 drivers.

I would like to know if there is any specific drivers for this webcam or i can do anything to solve this issue.

Thank you very much.

  • Hello Rodri,
Thank you for posting to the Forum.
Are you designing a webcam or trying to get one working that was purchased?

The manufacturer of the webcam should have drivers to support the product.
TI has drivers for our IC's that use them, however we do not provide drivers for end products using TI devices.

I look forward to your reply.
  • Hello Rodri,
We hope you were able to find a driver for your webcam.
I will close this thread now, however please visit the TI E2E forum again in the future.
  • Sorry by the delay in my answer.

I still have the problem, It's only in windows 10, when i use this camera in Linux works perctly.

Its because i would like to know if you as the manufacturer have any driver to make it work fin with windows 10.

Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Hello again Rodri,
TI drivers are device specific, therefore you would need to know what TI device you need the driver for.
We do not make drivers for cameras in general. We have drivers for our devices.
The manufacturer of the camera should provide the proper drivers.

I cannot find reference to the camera on the web, in order to see its specifications.
If Windows 10 is the problem then the camera manufacturer should provide the proper drivers.
You may also try to let Windows search for the proper driver during the install.

I wish we could help more.
