 After the output is connected to the EDP, can we directly adjust the brightness and color temperature?

Schematic

According to the schematic , the customer doesn't use USB3.1 Hub. Can this part of the line be removed directly?

    Brightness and color temperature control are outside the TUSB564, they are communicated between the source and sink. TUSB564 may pass, but does not participate in the communication.

    If USB is not used, then the USB pins can be left floating.
