what’s the spec for XI port? If I use an oscillator, do I need to ac-couple the clock?

Oscillator Specs needed are described in DP83867 datasheet section 9.2.1.2. Not sure if I missed something here.

Does Section 9.2.1.2 mean 1.8V LVCOMS can be connected to XI directly?
