Hi Team,
I am planning to propose a solution to test the eDP interface on my board using a standard monitor that supports DP.
1. Do we need any bridge IC to convert eDP to DP?
2. Can I route the eDP main link signals(Lane 0 & Lane 1) from SN75DP119 directly to standard DP connector?
3. How can I terminate the unused pins of standard DP connector(Lane 2 & Lane 4)?

Thanks & Regards

1. no, you don't need bridge IC to convert eDP to DP
2. sure, you can
3. you don't need to terminate un-used channels. DP itself can be one lane two lane and four lane
