HD3SS3220:HD3SS3220 in DRP mode, ID pin level is incorrect

Hi, I set HDSS3220 as DRP mode. When I don't insert type-c, the voltage of CC1 and CC2 is 0.2V, and the ID pin is low.

After type-c is inserted, the voltage of CC1 and CC2 pins is about 1.7V, but the level is unstable. At this time, the ID pin is high.

This result does not seem to match the description of the ID pin on the fourth page of the datasheet.

Please help to prove whether it is normal. Attached to the schematic below
