I am using a display that uses a MIPI DSI 4-Lane interface and would like to use the FPD-Link III serializer/deserializer to help reduce my cabling. Is there a FPD-Link III to MIPI DSI deserializer solution available?

I have been doing some research on this and think that I may have to use a OpenLDI or LVDS to DSI bridge. If there is not a deserializer available that can handle DSI output natively, can you suggest a DSI output bridge interface IC or solution?

Hi Paul,

unfortunately, TI has no FPD-Link to DSI device. can you use FPD-Link to OpenLDI? if yes, you can use DS90UB948 as de-ser, and UB941as as serializer.
