LMH1983: LMH1983 GPS 10MHz input case

Hello team,

My customer has a quetion about LMH1983 GPS input.

In the datasheet, GPS 10MHz can input to LMH1983. However the output is not clear, so the customer ask the output specification.

(Question) Is it possible to output 148.5MHz and 148.35MHz when GPS 10MHz input of LMH1983 H input?

Would you please advise?

Hi Akihisa,

Yes, it is possible. See datasheet section 9.2.2 for an example of this use case.

Table 11 shows the register writes. The write to register 0x05[1] sets PLL2 and PLL3 to use the native 148.xx clock rates. Write to 0x2E and 0x31 and set the output divider to 1.
