Hi Nasser,
To clarify, I currently have an N-type connection which I need to replace to a P-type (or maybe an M-type) connection (take another look at the pictures attached in previous), mainly due to thermal reasons; and I also have a suggestion from Maxim for the MAX3740.
I need a driver for a P-type (or M-type) connection, where the laser has to be CW.

Hi Shlomi,
I checked and unfortunately we have mainly validated N-type laser.
There is another device - ONET1130EC - which can operate in P-type. Please note a link to the data sheet below(note figure 70). However, this is a 10G part.
