In addition, according to customer's request, Pre cable of TUSB217-Q1 will use data cable of 100Ω differential impedance , but the host, the post cable(user cable) and mobile devices are all 90Ω differential impedance,In this case,What differential impedance is suitable for layout of TUSB217-Q1? 90Ω or 100Ω?

Hi,
Eye diagrams, in general, should be judged by whether they violate the eye mask (i.e. red keep out portion)to determine whether they meet the minimum requirements. I would say the above diagram is good because it does not violate the eye mask per the USB2 eye test. Does this answer your question? Please read section 10.1 Layout Guidelines of the datasheet to answer your second question.
