I have several questions about THVD1452 full-duplex RS485 device.
I wonder to know could I operate this device in half-duplex mode through tie bus A with bus B together and control RE/DE pin by MCU in the meantime?
What other things should we notice to apply a full-duplex device as a half-duplex device?
In datasheet THVD1452 is 50Mbps rated. I want to know are this mean we could actually use in 50Mbps communication rate?

Any full-duplex RS-485 transceiver that has DE/RE control signals can be used in a half-duplex fashion by tying the A and Y pins together and the B and Z pins together.
Yes, the device is capable of operating at 50 Mbps. You can see an example of the device functioning at this rate in Figure 39 of the datasheet. Whether or not the whole application would work at this rate would depend not just on the transceiver but the maximum rate supported by the MCU/UART as well as the cabling and network topology.
