Does TI offer any RS-422 / RS-485 full duplex drivers incorporating switchable 100Ω or 120Ω termination? Something >= 5Mbaud with DE, nRE and optional slew-limitation like the LTC2861.
This in order to construct a multi-protocol buffer in a fashion similar to that described in TI's tidua80 document. The device should therefore be able to handle 1Mbaud 232 levels on the line interface side when disabled, ideally not loading the line in this state.
The THVD1452 seems a possible candidate but has no switchable termination. Any suggestions to otherwise implement switchable RX termination in an elegant fashion?
