my customer wants to switch from 48 QFN to 64 QFN.

What would they need to consider, HW, SF, layout etc?

Is there an app note maybe?

    Hi Marion,

    We don't have rollover guide from 48 QFN to 64 QFN. Having said that, the Key aspects shall remain similar while migrating to 64 QFN

    1. Power Supply

    2. Clocking

    3. MDI routing

    4. MAC routing 

    May I understand what is driving them to move to 64 QFN ?
