Hello Hung Nguyen,

I have the same problem for selecting a model for RX_D3/RX_D2/RX_D1/RX_D0. In my tool it say these RX_Data pins have only lvds as a model selector.

As you showed an example in free Visual IBIS editor, eventhough if you select RX_D3 pin on the left side of the tool , on the right side it shows many available models,but if you try selecting them it doesnot work. It returns back to LVDS not GPIO.

Could you please check it once again.

Hi Sravan,

The previous issue was resolved by the changing the software used for viewing the ibis model. To confirm, are you using the same software that was shown in the picture from the previous e2e post?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I am using the same software as shown from the previous post.

The software in the previous post was visual IBIS editor.

Hi Sravan,

There was an update to the IBIS models in July 2019, please check that you have the updated models. The way the models are constructed is that there is a fixed model for RGMII mode and SGMII mode. If you have downloaded the SGMII model then the RX_D3 pin will be fixed in the LVDS domain. If you want to use it as GPIO, then you will need to use the RGMII model.
