Greetings Maruyama-San,

DS25MB200 is one of the older products. When this product got released, IBIS-AMI was not available. At the moment, we are checking on the hspice model availability for this device. Would this be ok for your customer?

Hi,

The closest model I have to the DS25MB200 is the DS42BR400. These devices have the same input and output characteristics so the attached model can be used for either device.
