Hi

We are using DS90UB949-Q1 (1080p HDMI to FPD-Link III Bridge Serializer) in my application.

I have some hardware design queries.

We are going to connect other HDMI signals from SDA845(Qualcomm processor and  1.8 Voltage level signals ) processor to DS90UB949-Q1 Serializer

Signals - DDC_SDA - pin no - 44

              DDC_SCL -pin no - 45

               CEC - pin no - 1

               HPD - pin no - 42

Queries 1. Shall i connect DDC_SDA , DDC_SCL and HPD pins ( voltage level 1.8) from processo, directly to  DS90UB949-Q1 Serializer.? In the serializer datasheet  page number 4 , mentioned that, these pins need to be pull up with RX_5V out. Whether i need to place any HDMI 5V level transceiver and that level transceiver output of those signals i need to connect to the the Serializer? What is the correct way  i need to do?

Queries 2. For CEC signal (1.8 voltage level from processor) shall i connect directly to serializer and tie wit 3.3 voltage (Serializer data sheet page no 4) or need to place any 1.8 voltage to 3.3 level translator? or HDMI 5V transceiver sufficient?
