Hi Team,
My customer use 947 and 948, and found Screen display abnormal.
- LOCK is high. There are data and clk in 947 and 948.
- When using PATTERN GENERATION, it can display seven color though Color bars are not filling the screen.
- When use BIST to test, and read 948 0x67=0xff and 0x69=0x80. Which means BIST error flag..
