TUSB1210: TUSB1210 use with Xilinx Zynq ZC7020

We are looking into replacing the USB3320 with the TUSB1210. There is a good document on this. SMSC USB3320 vs TUSB1210 6712.usbhubvoc.pdf

The problem is we see an errata on the Avnet ZedBoard site indicating the TUSB1210 is not recommended to use:

Is there a solution to using the TUSB1210 with the ULPI USB driver on available on the Zynq ZC7020? This must work over temperature.

it's known issue, we don't have solution yet.

sorry, this timing issue was fixed since 2015.

Do you have a pointer to the documentation on how the problem was fixed? Was it a change in code or a change in hardware?

OK, I see it in the newer data sheet: Section 6.14 P11

So was this a silicon change in 2015 that fixed this or did the spec change, because it was meeting the timing requirements?

it's a fix. I think we need to mentioned clearly in datasheet so customer don't confused any more.
