HD3SS3411: PCIe gen 3 clock

Hi JL,

I do not see a reason what it could not be used for this type of application.  The PCIe electrical characteristics match with the HD3SS3411 switch.

The differential crosstalk is quite low at -35dB @ 4 GHz,  I would expect it to improve further when dealing with lower frequencies associated with a 100 MHz PCIe clock signal.
