I am seeing below pop up and gets stuck on loading main.vi screen. I am using WIN10 OS and installed snlc055e ,SIGCONARCHITECT-WRTE: v2.0.0.8.

I see similar thread and was closed with resolution. As per that it is mentioned that only Win7 is supported . If so for Win10 is there any version ( v3) that need to be installed ? Other .net framework related issue isn't seen in my PC.

Please confirm you installed WRTE version of the SigconAtchitect.

It has been found to work properly after install .NET framework, link as below.

Yes i have done both of the installation and verification properly. But still seeing the problem . Figured out to be the windows version compatibility issue.

I installed SigCon Architect 2.0.0.8 Installer wRTE (Run-Time Engine embedded):, but my laptop has windows 10. V2.0.0.8 supports only Win 7.Later I did install SigCon Architect 3.0.0.10 Installer wRTE (Run-Time Engine embedded), now i am not seeing the issue of opening error. But i need to install updater . The TI retimer i am using in my board is DS110DF111. If i try to install this updater from snlc057c, it is asking v2.0.08.

Please let me know how to handle this.

Hi Krish,

Based on a new DS110DF111 post it sounded like you were able to get the SigCon Architect tool to run on your computer. Are you still having this issue?

After trying in Win 7 , its working . I would like to have this work for Windows 10.0. As you are aware most of the system have migrated to Win10 and none of our laptops in office are providing the support for Win7.

From below Sig architect link , there is v2 and v3. V2 supports only windows 7 and V3 supports Windows 10. After installing V3, I am able to open Sigcon tool but looks like the device I am using isn't supported in that version.

Is there anything we can have DS110DF111 profile work for v3.

Important Notes:

SigCon Architect 3.0.0.10 has only been validated for use with Windows® 10
SigCon Architect 2.0.0.8 has only been validated for use with Windows® 7
Python v2.7 is required for scripting utility options within SigCon Architect.
.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) should be installed and enabled as a Windows Feature for proper GUI operation

Currently the V3 Sigcon Architect is only compatible with the DS160PR410 device. There is no timeline to update the other devices yet.

I was able to install V2 Sigcon architect on a Win10 laptop today. This issue may not impact all Win10 hardware.

Sorry for late response. I was off to work due to cold. My OS is Windows 10 Enterprise. Is there any specific windows 10 OS i need to try ?
