TUSB7340: TUSB7340 lock x86 system at bios start up

Part Number: TUSB7340

Hi all,

My customer use TUSB7340 as an pci-e to usb extension card. 10% failed will be happened when they reboot windows system (win10 or other windows os) with device (USB driver or mouse or...) attached on TUSB7340 port. Using external 3.3V to drive TUSB7340 can't fix the issue. But if no usb device is attached on board or shut down system than reboot, no issue will be happened. Is there any suggestion for us to debug the issue? Thanks for your kindly help.

Best regards,

Gary Teng
