TUSB9261: if TUSB9261 can direct connect to SFP+?

Hi:

    Sir ,  from TUSB9261 datasheet  features which can connect to Optical drives(OD), below is my questions .

    i> if SATA port can connect to SPF+, if not , which of OD can be connect ?

    ii> if SATA port can connect to some OD , if that means ,the TUSB9261 can extend long distance for USB 30 functions .
