I have a trouble DP83848IVVx and STM32F769IIT6. Leds are blinking but it doesnt get IP.

Could you please check my schematic at the attachment if there is any mistake, it is at the attachment.

Could you suggest me also any layout tips. TD and RD lines are differential and 93 ohm calculated. RD lines are 20mm and TD lines are 23mm length. The other MII lines length changes from 20 mm to 52 mm.

What are the most common mistake or reason, not to wotk DP83848.

Do you suggest DP83848 footprint with or without thermal pad, is there any performance difference or stability?

Rbias resistor is 4K89, is it so accurate this value? Is 5K1 acceptable for example?

This has the schematic, component and layout guidelines to follow for the phy.

Also we recommend using rbias resistor of 4.89K +/ 1% tolerance. Value of 5.1K will result in swing and return loss to differ from the optimum value calibrated by phy for IEEE compliance but phy may still be functional.
