DS64BR111: DS64BR111 Unused SERDES Inputs

Hi TI,

We are using the 64BR111.

I had a quick question I wanted to be sure about.

How do I handle unused SERDES inputs?

I see 50 ohm pullups in some of the figures but the datasheet on pg. 3 says" 

"An on-chip 50Ω termination resistor connects INx+ to VDD and INx- to VDD when enabled."

If this is so how would I enable it for the unused inputs?
