My customer use two DS90UB927Q in their system board, both of the DS90UB927Q share the same I2C bus. The two 927Q control 2 panel with 928Q separately.

Both of the 928q in panel side control the Touch panel separately.

The issue is that customer enable one of the Touch panel by GPIO, then the other 927Q can't read any address.

Is this normal behavior?

Can you please explain a bit more? Which GPIO do you mean, and what address the other 927 can't read?

Hello Hamzeh,

The GPIO is set as a enable pin for touch panel.

So when one 927 send the GPIO for one touch panel, the other 927 seems not to get any signals from the other touch panel.

I wonder if the host can't get 2 touch panels in the same time.

Are you using two diferent GPIOs on the host connected to the two 927 and then routed to the two 928?

Do your devices use similar or different I2C addresses?
