DP83620: DP83620 Reset issue

Hi team,

I am writing to you for DP83620 Reset Issue.

Issue: Sometimes it will be failed when reset the PHY. The PHY Status Register (PHYSTS) is 0x0004 that "Link not established".

Debug step by step, and find the difference of registers between device is in normal reset operation and the device after a bad reset.

When a bad reset, the Auto-Negotiation Disabled and ANAR bit [7:5] all show not supported.

Can you help to find root cause according to these difference?
