DP83822I: 0x04D1 (EEECFG3) register access

Try following :

write reg<0x000D> = 0x001F

write reg<0x000E> = 0x04D1

write reg<0x000D> = 0x401F

read register 0x000E

 Are below sequence correct?

①＞write reg<0x000D> = 0x001F

②＞write reg<0x000E> = 0x04D1

③＞write reg<0x000D> = 0x401F

④＞read register 0x000E

⑤write reg<0x000E> =Read value at ④ & 0xFFFE

　→Write 0x04D1 Bit0＝0

⑥read register 0x000E

　→Read 0x04D1 register to confirm

My customer read 0x04D1 - Bit0 (EEE Capabilities Enable) with your procedure. But the EEE capabilities bit status and Boot Strap status is different.

He set RX_D1 to Model1, then EEE is disabled in bootstrap. But Bit0 in 0x04D1 is set when he read 0x04D1 register. I would like to know the reason why the Bit0 is set even if EEE is disabled in bootstrap.

Do you have any idea for this?  Is there another register or bootstrap setting to set EEE?
