TUSB9261: TUSB9261 external SPI Flash List

Can you send me a list with actually Parts?

Is the SST25VF040B504I supported?

Hi Iliya,

Unfortunately this is the only list of devices tested with TUSB9261. To understand if SST25VF040B504I can work for TUSB9261 you should ensure that your SPI flash matches behavior described in section 8.2.2.4 SPI of the datasheet (support SPI Mode 0) and that it supports the opcodes listed in the e2e thread below.

I have download the Package but no binary Code 1.06 is icluded.

Can you send me the binary Code for the SPI.

Thank you for the firmware.

The TUSB926x_Burner work only with XP.

I have problemm with WIN10. the driver can.t be found.

Can you share a image of you device manager? What warning or error messages do you get in Windows 10?  Are you using a special version of Windows 10?

Hi Iliya,

Did you install the Flashburner with admin privileges? If not, I would uninstall the flash burner and reinstall with admin privileges. You could also try running the Driver_Inst application in you installation location similar to the following: C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc\TUSB926x_Burner.

I have tested with Admin privileges with it have dont work.

I have test paralel on oder PC with Win 10 and the burner works without problem.

After on the embeded System we will burn the Firmware under Linux.

I hope is is no problem to flash the TUSB9261 after the TUSB8042 HUB.

Hi Iliya,

Glad you were able to flash your EEPROM. You should not run into issue if TUSB8042 is behind a USB Hub, it should still work. Do you need flash burner for linux?
