THVD1520: VID and VI

Part Number: THVD1520

HI,

Could you please let me know the relation between VI and VID?

Is blow block correct?

Regards,
Nagata.

  • Nagata-san,

    Your figure is correct.

VI is an input voltage at a pin with respect to ground.  When it appears in the Recommended Operating Conditions table it is referring to "bus pins" (e.g., A and B).  This would be equivalent to the "VA" and "VB" parameters that appear elsewhere in the datasheet.

VID is the differential input voltage, meaning the voltage at A with respect to B.

    Regards,
