1, The MAX data rate on the LVDS standard seems to be 665 Mbps.

However, Could the FPD-LINKⅢ DS90UB953A-Q1 be used as the MAX data rate of 4.16Gbps?


2, Could you share the difference regarding the DS90UB953A-Q1 and DS90UB953-Q1?
The difference between the DS90UB953A-Q1 and DS90UB953-Q1 is that the operating ambient temperature (953A: -40℃ to +125℃,
953: -40 ℃ ~ + 105 ℃) only?


3, Would you have the recommendation for new projects? 953A-Q1 is good for new project?

    Hello KH, 

    The only difference between 953 and 953A is the temp grade/automotive qual grade. 953 is automotive grade 2, and 953A is automotive grade 1. Other than that, the devices are exactly the same. Either device is recommended for new projects. 

    I'm not sure what your question is about LVDS - 953/953A use FPD-Link III protocol for the serial link and MIPI CSI-2 protocol for the parallel interface
